Wilson Parking offer the convenience of the option of Reserved or Unallocated parking at most carparks. Reserved parking allows customers their own bay which only they may park in. Unallocated parking allows customers to park in any free bay which has not been reserved.

Direct Debit: A direct debit may be set up against a cheque or savings account. Payments will be deducted from the nominated account on the last business day of the month. Click here to download Direct Debit and Automatic Payment forms.
Other forms of payment, such as eftpos, automatic payment, cheque and all forms of credit card are also available. Please contact Wilson Parking for further details.
Please note: If you elect to set up a direct debit against a cheque or savings account, a once-only, up-front payment is required by credit card, cash or cheque. Other payment options are available upon request.
Once we have received your signed agreement and have established payment, you can start parking in 2-3 business days. Please specify the date you wish to commence on the parking agreement.
On the day before commencement, your new access pass will be available to collect from your local office Alternatively you can elect to have the pass mailed to you or to guarantee it reaching you by the commencement date, it can be couriered to an address of your choice (there is a fee for this service).
The only means of cancelling your parking account is in writing (e-mail is acceptable). One month's written notice must be received in order to cancel your account, providing that the account has been activated for the minimum term agreed to by both parties.
Yes, subject to availability we can easily transfer your parking from one location to another.
