What is the difference between a Reserved and Unreserved Monthly Subscription?
A Reserved Monthly Subscription will allow you access to your own dedicated, sign posted bay within your selected car park. You can enter and exit the car park as many times as you like, and will have 24/7 access (where available) to your car park.
An Unreserved Monthly Subscription will allow you access to any available bay within your car park that isn't reserved. You won't have one dedicated bay, but will still enjoy unlimited entry and exits, and can access the car park 24/7, where available.

When can I start parking?
Once you have successfully signed up you will receive an email from us ‘Welcome to Wilson Parking’. This email contains your licence schedule (parking agreement) which specifies your start date. You may not begin parking before this date.

Is there a minimum term?
Yes! The minimum term is specified in the declaration you submit when signing up with us and later in your parking agreement. It’s generally two months’ but can be longer if you signed up to a promotion.

What is the cancellation notice?
We require one month’s cancellation notice unless the terms of your agreement state otherwise.

Once I sign up, is my rate locked in and can it be increased?
After completing your minimum contract term your agreement (and rate) will roll over monthly and is subject to change. If you would like peace of mind that your rate will be locked in, speak with our team about extending your contract term.

Can I transfer my contract to another car park?
Absolutely! At any point in your agreement our team would be happy to assist you with transferring to another car park that may be more suitable and will share the updated pricing with you

Can I suspend my parking, if so, how many times can I suspend each year?
We do allow contract suspensions provided you have carried out your minimum term and give us at least two days’ notice. You may suspend your agreement for a minimum of two weeks and maximum of two months. There is a $30 administrative fee for this service, and you will be required to pay your returning month in advance.

Is the car park always going to be available?
We do our best to ensure we always have space for our subscription (monthly) parkers. In the event there are more public parkers than we expect you can contact our ParkWatch team at any time and they will assist you in moving to a nearby car park for the day.

How are my parking payments processed?
Payments are processed monthly in advance, on the first working day of each month. An invoice is sent to you in advance, and we accept payment via Direct Debit or Credit Card. Please note if you wish to pay by Credit card a 2% surcharge will apply.
