How to use your access card

Follow our step by step guide for ease of access:

Drive up to the barrier arm until you reach the entry column (ticket dispenser)
Hold your access card up to the slot (where a ticket would normally be dispensed)
The barrier arm will now be raised
Repeat the same process upon exiting

Helpful hints

Ensure you swipe your card even if the barrier arm is already up or down
If you get stuck, refer to the local phone numbers on the back of your card
When confirming your card number, reference the number on the back to our helpful staff
Your car will need to be close to the barrier arm to activate the sensor beneath the ground
