Ideally positioned in downtown Auckland, just moments from the Viaduct Harbour, this location is perfect for professionals working in the CBD, waterfront precinct, and surrounding commercial areas. Whether you're commuting to the office five days a week or need a reliable place to park throughout the month, the Market Lane Car Park offers a convenient solution close to where you need to be.

Entry via 39 Market Lane:

The ParkMate app is required to park casually at this car park.

Start a session just outside the car park, this will automatically open the roller door allowing you to drive into the car park.
When you are ready to leave, simply end your session in the app, and this will automatically open the roller door, allowing you to drive out.
For the duration of your session, and up to 15 minutes after ending your session, you will have access to buttons in the app to open the roller door and pedestrian door manually as well. These button can be found at the top right of your active/ended session screen:

Monthly Parking Available

If you work in the area and commute to the city regularly, a monthly parking contract is the best fit for you. For regular parkers, a monthly contract is often better value than paying daily casual rates.

Unreserved contracts are the most affordable, providing you the best rate and allowing you to generally park anywhere in the car park, that isn't marked with 'Reserved bay' or a 'time limited' (e.g. 4 hour limit) bay sign.

Reserved contracts give you your own dedicated bay. This gives you extra peace of mind knowing that you have your own spot waiting for you.
