Remote services are managed through our ParkWatch Control Centre allowing for remote monitoring and service to the car park 24 x 7.
The dedicated team can remotely track security activity and are able to proactively communicate with a customer on site or dispatch a roaming manager.
For customers that need assistance, the team are available to assist. Whether someone has lost their parking ticket, are having issues at the barrier or have some other query, they can engage with our team via the integrated intercom system and receive an immediate resolution.
